Currently, I am providing services under the umbrella of life coaching, specialising in well-being coaching for women. I’m also committed to ongoing professional development, including pursuing a Diploma in Counselling, to further enhance my ability to hold a safe and confidential space for you.
My goal is to offer you the most effective and up-to-date guidance on your journey to well-being, drawing from the skills gained from my diverse professional background and on-going studies.
My deepest understanding however, comes from a place of profound personal experience. Our family has been significantly impacted by mental health challenges, and I have felt the ripple effects of these struggles firsthand. These lived experiences have not only fueled my passion for providing compassionate and empathetic support but also given me a deeper insight into the challenges, frustrations, and isolation that many women face.
It is this unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience that allows me to connect with you on a deeper level and provide truly transformative support on your journey to well-being.

Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Rest assured that confidentiality is paramount in our coaching relationship. Everything we discuss will remain strictly between us.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.
