These one-on-one therapy sessions are here to support your emotional well-being, help you navigate life’s challenges, and gently guide you toward clarity, balance, and inner strength.

How We’ll Work

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is designed to meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and practically. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. You can bring whatever feels present for you in the moment, whether it’s a specific situation, a tangled feeling, or just the need to be heard.

Sessions follow a person-centred approach, where you are seen as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you, gently supporting your process of self-discovery, emotional reflection, and personal growth. There’s no pressure to perform or “fix” things—just space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

There are no packages or long-term commitments required. You’re welcome to book sessions as you need them—whether it’s once, occasionally, or regularly. This is support on your terms, at your pace.

I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Counselling through the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. While I’m not yet a registered counsellor, my practice is grounded in person-centred therapy principles and shaped by both formal training and lived experience. I bring a diverse background in nursing, coaching, and business, along with additional training in trauma-informed care, emotional resilience, and women’s mental well-being. My own experiences navigating complex personal challenges have deepened my understanding of what it means to feel emotionally overwhelmed, unseen, or unsupported—and what it takes to begin healing and growing from that space. I continue to pursue ongoing professional development so I can offer you thoughtful, evidence-informed support with compassion, curiosity, and care.
These sessions are gentle, one-on-one support spaces designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I use a person-centred approach, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to support your process—not direct it—so you can reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with clarity.

Some people benefit from regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, while others book as needed. You’re welcome to book at a pace that feels supportive for you—there’s no set schedule or commitment required.
Not at all. Some people come with a clear challenge in mind—others simply feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. These sessions are here to meet you wherever you are. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a plan—just a willingness to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
That’s completely understandable. Sharing personal thoughts and emotions can feel vulnerable—especially if you’ve had difficult experiences in the past. I’ve been in that position myself, which is why creating a 100% judgment-free, compassionate space is at the heart of what I do. You can bring as much or as little as you feel ready for—this space is for you.
Yes. Everything you share in our sessions is held in complete confidence, with only a few rare exceptions required by law (which I’ll explain clearly before we begin). Your emotional safety is my highest priority.
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This helps me keep the schedule fair and open to others who may be waiting for support. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not offered for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours, as that time has been set aside just for you. In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If needed, please get in touch within 7 days of your session to discuss.

Currently, I am providing services under the umbrella of life coaching, specialising in well-being coaching for women. I’m also committed to ongoing professional development, including pursuing a Diploma in Counselling, to further enhance my ability to hold a safe and confidential space for you.

My deepest understanding however, comes from a place of profound personal experience.
