Each session is designed to meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and practically. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. You can bring whatever feels present for you in the moment, whether it’s a specific situation, a tangled feeling, or just the need to be heard.
Sessions follow a person-centred approach, where you are seen as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you, gently supporting your process of self-discovery, emotional reflection, and personal growth. There’s no pressure to perform or “fix” things—just space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
There are no packages or long-term commitments required. You’re welcome to book sessions as you need them—whether it’s once, occasionally, or regularly. This is support on your terms, at your pace.

Currently, I am providing services under the umbrella of life coaching, specialising in well-being coaching for women. I’m also committed to ongoing professional development, including pursuing a Diploma in Counselling, to further enhance my ability to hold a safe and confidential space for you.
My goal is to offer you the most effective and up-to-date guidance on your journey to well-being, drawing from the skills gained from my diverse professional background and on-going studies.
My deepest understanding however, comes from a place of profound personal experience. Our family has been significantly impacted by mental health challenges, and I have felt the ripple effects of these struggles firsthand. These lived experiences have not only fueled my passion for providing compassionate and empathetic support but also given me a deeper insight into the challenges, frustrations, and isolation that many women face.
